 If a product fails under warranty, you may be entitled to:

• Repair: The manufacturer fixes the defect at no cost.
• Replacement: A new product is provided if repair is not feasible.
• Refund credit Store: You may receive Credit store or offer new similar product if the product cannot be repaired or replaced. 

All Drill Machine has 6 months warranty on parts caused by manufacturing faulty and 3 months warranty on Battery. 

 Caution: Do not charge the Machine overnight unattended. 

The Pen of drill machine come with 3 months warranty caused by manufacturing faulty. 

 if the pen issue cause by dropping, it is not covered under warranty.

All Pedicure and Massage chairs come with 12 months warranty for parts caused by manufacturing faulty. 

Note*:  if any service call that not related to the warranty cover, will be charge at $250 labor call for 1 hour and $80 per hour after that. 

  Any issues will be diagnosed through email or video call and parts will be sent. You will then need to change out the part.  if you require us to change that part, labor and travel charges will be applied

• Parts: Free + Video call/ email to help with the install/ fixing
• Labour: depend on the location, please contact us for detail 

For non-warranty product: 

• Part: part cost will be applied 
• Labour: $250 call out free for 1st hour + $80/ hour additional (only offer onsite service with local location. 
•  Offer phone remote  service $50/ hour.
